Unfortunately the default Mail Storage folder for Outlook Express is where you won't find it but, unlike with Outlook, it's easy to move.

• In My Documents, create a New Folder called My Mail

• Open Outlook Express then

• Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder > Change > Browse to My Mail > OK and OK outwards.

The Mail will be moved to the new Folder next time you start Outlook Express.
